Sean Asmus - Vice President of Development

Mr. Asmus is our Vice President of Development. He is responsible for the project management department and oversees the development process beginning with the due diligence work once the property is under control.  His team of project managers the begin work on the entitlements and project design.  Once the project is permitted and ready for construction, the project management team works closely with the in-house construction manager through project completion.  He is instrumental in keeping the ReLo team up to date with the day to day progress of each project. He is dedicated to the Relo philosophy, and as such he gives 110% to his clients and tenants.

Prior to joining ReLo Development, he spent over ten years in the health care industry. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson and is completing the requirements for the California brokers license

In 2005, Mr. Asmus was appointed by the Scottsdale City Council to the Airport Advisory Commission for the Scottsdale Airport. He currently is serving his first term of service as a commissioner.

Sean and his wife Wendy have two daughters, Kariann and Allyson.
