Roachelle - Executive Vice President
It is Mr. Roachelle’s job to assist CEO and President Gregory J. LoTempio in the procurement of suitable development sites. After performing initial analysis of the area and preparing a site plan and project pro-forma, he directs the ReLo team through the initial planning, entitlement, and construction phases, and then guides clients and tenants skillfully through the turnover process.
His background is solid and includes design and construction management experience in various office, industrial and medical facilities. After joining MCG Architecture in 1988, he spent a decade designing, managing, and overseeing multiple projects, including large-scale neighborhood shopping centers. He then moved on to designing master plans for up to fifty acre projects when he joined MDM Architects. Mr. Roachelle also served as a Senior Project Manager for redevelopment projects extending from Washington to northern California.
Mr. Roachelle is currently directing all facets of the company's activities and emphasizes that all members of any team need the right skills to perform at consistently high levels, and James has been continually learning and refining his skills since graduating from the Phoenix Institute of Technology’s Architecture program in 1983.
