Jim Perry Joins ReLo Development as Chief Financial Officer with over twenty seven years experience in operations, accounting and financial reporting. As the CFO, Mr. Perry is responsible for the financial leadership of ReLo Development. The Chief Financial Officer has responsibility for upholding strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control.
Prior to joining ReLo, Mr. Perry was Vice President of Operations for Seldin Real Estate, Inc., where he managed assets for a family office with a substantial real estate portfolio and handled new acquisition opportunities. He worked from 1995 to 2006 as Principal/Executive Vice President of Operations for Trammell Crow Company. After CBRE purchased Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Perry stayed with CBRE to ensure a smooth transition and implement a deal tracking system, before joining Seldin Real Estate, Inc.
Mr. Perry received his B.S., Accounting Major, from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
