As Manager of Legal Affairs, Ms. Smith is responsible for managing the Legal Department including contract negotiation, commercial financing, lease administration and commercial real estate closings. Ms. Smith acts as a main liaison between ReLo's development team and business partners while working diligently to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Her real estate experience includes ten years in the retail and commercial real estate industries handling commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiation and property management for prominent retailers and a real estate investment trust.
