RoLo Development of Scottsdale, Arizona has partnered with Prime A Investments, LLC (“Prime”), an affiliate of Prime Healthcare Services, Inc., the owner and operator of eight acute care hospitals in California, to form a new company, ReLo Development, LLC , a nation-wide developer of high-quality neighborhood and regional shopping centers.

ReLo is currently developing high-profile shopping centers in Victorville, CA; Meridian, ID (20 miles northwest of Boise); Queen Creek, AZ (40 miles south of Phoenix); and Coolidge, AZ (60 miles southeast of Phoenix).

The value of ReLo’s current development projects is estimated to be over $210 million, with another $150 - $200 million worth of development projects planned over the next two years.
